The next Board Meeting will take place at the Goodwin House at 6:30 pm, Tuesday, May 26th.
Anyone is welcome to attend. We would love to see all Board Members and All Auxiliary Presidents.

Topic: Paid Sick Days

Healthy families require healthy workplaces, and a growing coalition wants to change North Carolina law in a way that would promote both.
Advocates working on the campaign will join with community members to raise awareness and share stories about how paid sick days improve life for North Carolina's working families.
The Wake Democratic Mens Club (WDMC) holds its regular dinner meeting on the second Monday of every month (except July and December) at the Clarion Hotel, 320 Hillsborough St., Raleigh, one block west of Goodwin House.
The June 2009 WDMC meeting will be held on Monday, June 8, 2009 at the Clarion Hotel. Registration starts at 6 PM, and a plated dinner is served at 6:30 PM. The cost of the sit-down dinner is $16 for members, first-time guests, and those not eligible for Club membership, $20 for non-members. All registered Wake County voters are eligible for Club membership. Please note the change in the cost of the meal for non-members.
