Mrs. Looper embodies the spirit of the PR Latta Award because of her outstanding and lifelong commitment to grassroots activism for the Democratic Party as well as her continued work with the Democratic Women of Wake County. We are asking that you show your thanks and appreciation to Mrs. Looper by contributing as a sponsor of the PR Latta dinner. Your generosity will ensure the Wake County Young Democrats can continue the activism learned from Mrs. Looper in the coming year.
