Democratic Women of Wake County will hold a luncheon meeting on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the NC State University Club, 4200 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. The featured speaker will be Charmaine Fuller Cooper, Executive Director for N.C. Justice for Sterilization Victims Foundation. The buffet lines open at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at 12 noon.
