Barack Obama's Team Back in Raleigh

They are in the process of finding a larger facility to house the full team and volunteers. They are all very excited about being back in Raleigh and working with the Wake County Democratic Party to turn NC Blue in November.

It turns out the slogan was also used to market the popular anti-depressant, Effexor. Some of the common side effects are:
• Nausea
• Headache
• Apathy
• Impulsive Actions
Sometimes those Republicans just get things so right.

Come join us for a pancake breakfast on August 12, 2008 at 9:00 am at the Goodwin House, 220 Hillsborough St, Raleigh and listen to Rob Christensen who will be speaking about his book, "The Paradox of Tar Heel Politics".
Rob has some wonderful stories that he promises to share with us regarding his interactions with political figures throughout the years.
Rob Christensen's book will be available for purchase and signing. If you already own the book - bring it with you and Rob will personally sign it.

Bring family, neighbors & friends to meet local officials as well as candidates running for office in the November election.
Wake County Young Democrats are NC YD Club of the Year
Jason Kessler and Terence Morrison, 2007 and 2008 Wake County YD Presidents, respectively, accept the Club of the Year Award from the Young Democrats of North Carolina at the March 2008 YD State Convention.
Jeffrey G. Marsocci has been appointed to oversee the party’s 2008 Get Out The Vote efforts

Marsocci has been appointed to oversee the party’s 2008 Get Out The Vote efforts. Mr. Marsocci brings first-hand experience to the table as the Precinct Organization Committee chair during the 2004 election, as Director of the NC Training Committee, and as the head of the precinct “war room” on Election Day 2004 where he oversaw more than 600 volunteers.
