Jack Nichols
Jack Nichols has been active in Wake County politics since 1978. He was Precinct Chair of Precinct 10 & a State Executive Committee member from 1979 until 1990. He was State Platform Committee Chair in 1988. He was a Wake County Commissioner from 1990 until 1994. From 1978 to 1985, he worked in State Government. He entered private law practice in 1985; from 1995 until the present, he has been an attorney, Director, & Shareholder with Allen and Pinnix, P.A. His practice consists of administrative law and civil litigation. He is a graduate of Davidson College, Wake Forest School of Law, and Duke University, Sanford Institute of Public Policy. Jack and Carol Spruill have been married since 1976 and have two sons, Jackson and Charles.
