Don Mial
Donald Mial County has served as a precinct chair for the Wake County Democratic Party and is a current member of the Raleigh-Wake Citizens Association and the Wake NCAE school employees association. As a member of the N.C. National Guard, he returned from an 11-month tour in Iraq in April of 2005 to begin running for County Commissioner in 2006 where he garnered over 46% of the votes.
He currently works as a Unit Manager, C.A Dillon Youth Development Center, while he simultaneously is working on his Masters in Public Administration. He resides in Wake County with his wife, Donna. He is the proud parent of Donald Mial Jr, DeMaris Mial, and DeVette Mial Thomas.
