March 30 and 31st NCSU College Democrats is hosting Campus Camp Wellstone. Campus Camp Wellstone is a progressive 1.5 day training program designed to teach students the basic principles and the practical skills of grassroots organizing. Campus Camp Wellstone is for young people focused on skills for organizing effectively, not just about the issue. It's a chance for students to take a step back, realize their passions, and then think of themselves as organizers around that passion. Highly recommended for anyone with that electric charge of social organizing. We need YOU to help bring Camp Wellstone to NC State.Help turn NC State's Red Campus Democratic Blue! Because of Good Friday taking place on the first Friday of April, we will have our monthly gathering on March 30th! The Wake County Young Democrats will hold their Friday After-work Social at Mitch's Tavern (2426 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC) on March 30, 2007. The social will begin at 6:30 p.m. There is no cost to attend this event, but memberships to the Wake YD's are available. We hope to make this a monthly gathering of Young and Young-at-Heart Democrats.
