The Institute
of Political Leadership is now accepting applications for the Spring 2006
Fellows Program.

The Institute
of Political Leadership is a multi-partisan, non-profit, research and
educational institution formed to improve the overall quality of political and
governmental leadership in North Carolina at the state and local levels. The
purpose of the Institute is to train and develop North Carolina citizens who
have the potential to be the state's future political leaders.

The IOPL Fellows Program
provides leadership development and training in practical politics. Over ten
weekends, Fellows participate in a series of approximately 55 seminars and
hands-on activities. The sessions begin on Friday afternoon and continue
through Saturday (six of the weekends are in Research Triangle Park;
three are in Wilmington; and one is in Greensboro).
