MEETING ROOM RULES
Booking is not automatic, so please wait for EMAIL confirmation of your date.
Our own meetings will take priority over others when dates conflict.
SETUP AND CLEANUP
This is our working office. Please leave it neat and in order.
Groups must set up the chairs in the front room for their meeting. Please clean up and return all chairs to the storage space. It is not our job to move chairs.
Any trash must be placed in the dumpster with the group’s own trash bags at the end of the meeting.
Please use only the room that is reserved. Printers, office equipment, rooms and spaces other than the reserved room are not available for use.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS SERVED
You may bring your personal coffee or water to a meeting and take it out with you. The kitchen and storage will be locked outside Office Hours.
Office keys must be collected by the Host during Office Hours 10:30 to 2:30 Monday through Friday. Keys must be returned the NEXT DAY (or following Monday/after holiday) during Office Hours.
