Candidate Statement:

I am a mother and proud daughter of parents from Argentina and Uruguay who ran a family business. They instilled a strong work ethic in me at a young age. Attending Our Lady of Lourdes and Cardinal Gibbons High School taught me to strive to serve my community with humility. Born and raised in Raleigh, I have resided in the Triangle my entire life, attending UNC-Chapel Hill and NCCU School of Law. I look forward to serving the community where I grew up.

My legal career has been centered around protecting the rights of all North Carolinians. I have appeared in every level of court in our state. I've worked in private practice, with a non-profit organization, and with the State. I have worked on both sides of cases - plaintiff and defense - and I have practiced both criminal and civil law. This experience gives me the ability to see all sides of a case and apply the law accordingly.
