Phone Bank Training
Join us to learn how to connect with our left leaning neighbors by phone and increase the likelihood that they will vote in November.
Wake Dems volunteers are out every week canvassing and chatting with neighbors who come to their doors. If the voter doesn’t answer, we leave literature behind. Someone who receives a follow-up call once they have seen the lit is more likely to take a look at that information again, increasing the odds that they will vote.
At this training, we will learn how to use the Wake Dems phone banks to contact people who have recently received literature. After the training, we will make some practice calls and then you will be able to phone bank whenever it is convenient for you!
As the weather heats up, phone banking is an important way that you can still make a difference in voter turnout without climbing stairs or breaking a sweat. We look forward to having you join us for this training!
