South Cary-wide “Precinct Family Reunion”

South Cary-wide “Precinct Family Reunion”!  All South Cary precinct members, family, and like-minded neighbors are invited to attend.  

When: Friday, August 8th, 5:30 – 7:45 pm

Where: The location is a family friendly park in Cary.  We have rented a covered, shaded pavilion with picnic tables with an adjacent playground, grassy areas, and restrooms. 

Exact location will be sent to those that sign up to attend. 

Registration: Registration is required for this event.

Potluck: This meeting will be a Family Friendly potluck social. Providing a potluck item is appreciated but NOT required to attend the meeting. A link to sign up for the Potluck will be sent in the confirmation email to those who sign up for the event.

Program:
5:30 – 6:30: Potluck dinner & conversation
6:30 – 7:00: Announcements & Updates: Linda Ippolito, WCDP 2nd Vice Chair; Bill O’Neill, WCDP Regional Vice Chair and Area Coordinator

Special Guests: Bella Huang, Candidate for Cary Town Council, District C; and Mona Singh, Candidate for Wake County Commissioner At Large.
Bella and Mona will give introductory comments and answer questions on:

• Public Education / Public Schools
• Affordable Housing
• Quality of Life including EMS, Police, & Sheriff services
• Green Infrastructure & Clean Energy
• Proposal for a New Senior Center in District C
• Their upcoming races.
