Candidate Statement:
Diana Powell is a longtime community advocate, organizer, and leader dedicated to building a safer, more equitable, and more resilient Raleigh. As the founder of Justice Served NC, she has spent years working directly with families, returning citizens, and underserved neighborhoods to expand opportunity, strengthen public safety, and ensure every resident has a voice in local government.
A resident of District C, Diana is committed to responsible growth, affordable housing, climate-resilient infrastructure, and transparent, community-centered leadership. She is running for Raleigh City Council to bring practical solutions, compassionate advocacy, and strong neighborhood representation to City Hall.
