Candidate Statement:

My name is Frank Pierce. I am a North Carolina native who grew up in a working class family in Southeast Raleigh. As the oldest of 5 boys, I started working full-time at the age of 12 years to help my family make ends meet. I was the nominee in 2024 and broke the state records for Active Voter turnout with over 86%. I am running to get Democrats elected up and down the ballot. I am also the only Democrat in this primary one was an Independent amd the other an out of state Republican just switched parties last year. This election is crucial because we need someone who is going to help Anita Earls and others win and that is me. I plan on knocking 30k doors this election did 20,133 last election.

Giving people hope is how we turn voters out. I showed last election that I can do that. I plan on working everyday to inspire and give home to those who don't believe in elections anymore so that we can take more seats back in the state house amd senate and up lift Anita Earls to another victory. And also help Cooper win the US Senate.

Issues:

Infrastructure-broadband,Cell Phone,Clean Water,firestations

I have many counties with massive broadband issues which harms education and everyday life these need immediate attention.

Clean water, Multiple Counties are having water issues that need to be addressed and other counties are growing so fast need to start building more water access now. It takes 10 years to build a water plant so need to start.

To help with Home Owners Cost having more firestations allows us to help reduce cost as well as gets people with more emergency services.

Affordability

This is crucial to everyday life. This deals with food cost, daycare, housing, fines, gas, Healthcare and many more. Again bring forward common sense policy is how you get this done. Nothing accomplished unless writting policy. Healthcare we need to pass law brining universal Healthcare to the forefront. Many countries already do this and we have a blueprint time to build and improve it.

Constituent Services

This is actually #1 for me. Being reachable by everyone in the District. Helping them with whatever they need help with. Getting them in contact with other people if need be. Helping them cut red tape if need to. But showing up i plan on having 7 offices in my district and having office hours at each during each month. Being a leader in the community.
