James Whalen is fighting to protect our rights. As an attorney, he fought gerrymandering, halted legislative overreach, and stopped a dangerous attempt to discard thousands of votes and undo Justice Allison Riggs's victory. In this moment of crisis, we need his experience on our Court of Appeals.

Our current court majorities have damaged our state by allowing extreme partisan gerrymandering, blocking nearly $1 billion in public school funding, and attempting to discard thousands of lawful ballots. James will reliably uphold our constitution.
