Grady will work to protect existing affordable housing while encouraging smart, thoughtful growth – supporting more options like starter homes, townhouses, and family-friendly developments that meet the needs of our growing town.

Grady understands that public safety starts with supporting the people who protect us. That’s why he will advocate for the recruitment and retention of highly qualified first responders – and push for increased salary ranges to ensure these essential public servants are valued, supported, and here to stay.

Grady supports the Town of Knightdale’s long-term vision for roadways, public transit, and safe bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure. He will work closely with town staff and the DOT to develop a clear, actionable plan to address local traffic concerns – and ensure Knightdale is ready to successfully integrate the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system.
