On Saturday, June 14, Donald Trump is rolling tanks through Washington, D.C. to celebrate his birthday — a grotesque spectacle of militarized ego.
This is the United States of America, not Russia, China, or North Korea.
We don’t parade for strongmen here.
While he wastes away millions of dollars to satisfy his own vanity, our communities are facing the fallout of his administration:
- ICE raids terrorizing immigrant families
- Marines deployed to American streets
- National Guard troops turned into political pawns
We recognize the moment we’re in.
This is not business as usual, and we will not look away.
Join us at the Capitol Building from 4:00–5:30p for a rally and protest to reject this dangerous, undemocratic display — and to stand up for what America is truly meant to be.
This is a peaceful gathering — an act of collective defiance grounded in justice, democracy, and solidarity.
We stand with our immigrant neighbors.
We reject military occupation of civilian life.
We refuse to accept the normalization of dictatorship — even when it’s draped in a flag and handed a birthday cake.
