WCDP 2025 Municipal Endorsements

WCDP is proud to announce endorsements for the upcoming 2025 municipal elections.

We’ve fielded Democratic candidates in 32 of 34 races, with Unaffiliated incumbents running in the remaining two races with the support of their Democratic colleagues. We followed our established endorsement process — candidates must apply, submit questionnaires, interview as needed, and sign WCDP’s Candidate Expectations Agreement to accept endorsements if offered.

We are confident the slate of endorsed candidates listed below will deliver for their communities and advance our shared values. We look forward to electing all of them this fall and affirming Wake County’s commitment to equity, opportunity, and a future where everyone belongs.
