We are looking to raise our PEOPLE capital for Rachel's runoff race as we are against the other kind of capital with regard to Rachel's opponent. Please help us to turn the Cary Town Council Blue by getting the information about this Run Off race out to the voters.

While Rachel does not have the funding that her opponent does, we are hoping to raise the PEOPLE capital.
